• Introduced 4 new real estate financial products in collaboration with legal, compliance, sales, and operations, increasing product portfolio volume by 100%.• Structured Itaú BBA’s first real estate tripartite contract valued at $9.4 million, initiating a long-term commercial banking relationship and subsequently secured a second deal worth $6.9 million.

• Created a loan uptake calculator to pinpoint selling opportunities for bank’s loans, resulting in a significant reduction in charged interest rates by a range of 9.5% to 40%.• Established a partial disbursement process that facilitated the identification of $5 million in prospective sales for the upcoming crop season.

• Initiated sales growth initiatives by collaborating with relationship managers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for their clients, worth $254 million in incremental revenue.
