Project management through software quality requirements using various measurement techniques, mean-time-to-failure (for reliability), pass/fail criteria, traceability, system / regression test, user acceptance test (UAT) with the respect to the Service Manager software development, baseline control, configuration management, consistency, documentation. Test Plan, Test Cases, QA, Analysis, Design, User acceptance and performance testing of software, Development and Testing of Service Manager - a large complex IBM Mainframe enterprise application involving VTAM, CICS, DB2, JCL, MVS, TSO, COBOL and other tools related to testing for Profile Maintenance and RACF Services includes Mainframe messaging services, The work also involved SQL query / data retrieval using SELECT and FROM in SQL statements in various DB2 tables contained in the database using SPUFI in TSO on ISPF panels in order to create test cases. Remote Access Services Interface Gateway – an MPN based interface into the Network via Service Manager Access Point (SMAP) including RIG DISP and MSN DISP Web-Redirect, Roaming for DISP (URD), SM/RIG Logon, Geographic Server Authentications, Generic VS Support Roaming Access, Long Password Support and Geographic Access Control for DISP users related to the virtual private network (VPN) and voice over IP operation readiness testing. Worked in AT&T lab to achieve stipulated results on user authentication to VPN and AVPN. Service Manager Administration – A web based Web Engine interactive tool, used to administer profiles within Service Manager's Multi-Protocol Network (MPN) services using browsers ‘Internet Explorer’ and Netscape.
