• Accountable for key Program / Project deliverable for the deployment and turn-up of structures and associated Radio Access Network.• Manage and coordinate the entire real-estate, construction, deployment and implementation of the wireless network including optimization, broadband back-hauling, fiber network and RNC/Core turnkey implementation in different markets nationwide.• Set short and long term rollout department strategic objectives in collaboration with commercial department to achieve overall organizational goals.• Responsible and coordination of all activities associated with network build out including CAPEX/OPEX budget development. Optimization of department processes and procedures to ensure synchronization between different units.• Monitor and control projects progress in coordination with engineering department, procurement, suppliers and contractors.• Perform a mature strategic plan committed to achieving revenue growth through - driving key initiatives, evangelizing customer-centric technology solutions and services, customer satisfaction, improving key processes, and aligning IT and business objectives.• Consistent success managing enterprise-wide project lifecycle through all phases. Very adept at analyzing client needs, identifying optimal approaches to execute projects, and building client relationships with C-level executives.
