- Accountable for key Program / Project deliverable for the deployment and turn-up of structures and associated Radio Access Network.
- Manage and coordinate the entire real-estate, construction, deployment and implementation of the wireless network including optimization, broadband back-hauling, fiber network and RNC/Core turnkey implementation in.
- Set short and long term rollout department strategic objectives in collaboration with commercial department to achieve overall organizational goals.
- Responsible and coordination of all activities associated with network build out including CAPEX/OPEX budget development. Optimization of department processes and procedures to ensure synchronization between different.
- Monitor and control projects progress in coordination with engineering department, procurement, suppliers and contractors.
