Current• Coordination and management of logistics department.Coordination and follow up all import and export activities within customs regulatory affairs. Follow up import regulations. Ensuring all required documents for customs are prepared properly. Giving feed back and ensuring feedbacks are given by team to all relevant departments. Planning and checking shipping operations made by sea, air or land. Planning shipping schedule and mode of transportation according to technical team's demands, urgency, lead time, price and availibilty. Ensuring that deliveries are followed and delivered to the relevant site on time.• Planning/scheduling/orginising workflow and schedule of team.• Checking and signing exemption applications on behalf of company.• Ensuring all team members, partners, suppliers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, customs warehouse team are in good communication and working in accordance with each other.• Checking and updating logistiscs reports on a daily basis.• Conducting negotiations with freight forwarders, insurance companies and warehouses.• Regarding high priority shipments, following up equipments’ production process according to the demands of service providers and site engineers that are located in several sites, forwarding their demands to the related departments of suppliers, planning shipping schedule in accordance with them.
