Provided undergraduate level instruction and mentorship for the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. Educated 730+ personnel from the Army, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Allied Militaries. • Developed and facilitated 177 hours of graduate level curriculum through 22 lessons accredited through the Higher Learning Commission towards awarding a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Workforce Development focusing on organizational level leadership, doctrine, critical thinking, and ethical conduct; delivered curriculum in a face-to-face environment as well as a synchronous virtual environment through Blackboard Collaborate Ultra• Conducted instruction on Critical and Creative Thinking, Leadership, Workforce Development, Professional Military Studies, Team Building, Human Resources, US/Army History, and contemporary/emerging issues to include two years of distance/virtual education o Provided undergraduate instruction utilizing adult learning theory and experiential learning concepts o Reviewed and edited individual lesson plans; developed curriculum responsibilities and rubrics o Evaluated, maintained, revised, and implemented lesson plans and curriculums• Provided sound analytical advice to the Chief of Training on operational readiness and management issues• Instructed students in APA, grammar, and professional writing to assess their research and writing ability through multiple writing assignments • Awarded the Army Command and General Staff College Foundation Golden Pen Award for an article on the Digital Divide
