CurrentFirm knowledge of Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry.Working with Program Management Team as Sr. Tooling Engineer and Program Manager.Solid background in design and build of tooling for plastic injection molding. Familiar with Injection Molding and Decouple 2 Processing.Excellent communication skills with Customers, negotiation with Vendors, committed to Management and get-along with Co-Workers.Extensive Travel to many countries outside of the USA for tooling design reviews, build and launch in Europe, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, India, Canada and Mexico. Willing and able to travel and follow up with Vendors in USA and other countries.Experience in training others using books, pictures, words and examples at sites around the world not familiar with the new Tooling coming into their factory. Set up tool-room PM (Preventive maintenance) schedules.
