• Cost rationalization by working on efficiencies and wastage's with a concept of effective utilization of Man, Machine and Material
• Planning & effectuating preventive/condition based mainte. Schedules for all machineries and utility equipment to increase machine up time, reliability. Monitor equipment availability and evaluate preventive measures.
