Kyle L. is a Project Finance Associate at ING. He possess expertise in financial statements, leadership, training, documentation, banking and 21 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Kyle worked as an intern in our advanced research projects group, which develops tools - primarily quantitative models - for subprime credit analysis and scoring. We recently completed the development of an XML based parsing language for the OCR analysis of PDF bank statements. The challenge is that there are dozens of banks and bank statement formats. Kyle was able to understand the requirements from a business perspective. How to identify the common elements of bank statement structure. He understood which elements could be used for automated reconciliation of transactions in order to ensure the data capture was correct to the penny. Kyle's effort and accomplishment exceeded our expectations. In addition to using our most advanced tools he co-authored bilingual training documentation in English and Mandarin. On the basis of this work Kyle was also given training and management responsibilities. When new interns joined our group Kyle was responsible to train them and manage their workflow. It was a pleasure to have Kyle as a member of our research team."
