Serving on the President's Cabinet, responsible for leading the HR function for Endicott College, including Culture/Organizational Development, Talent Recruitment/Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Labor/Employee Relations and Legal Compliance. Served as the College’s Title IX Coordinator and HR Executive Sponsor for a college-wide Workday implementation. Taught graduate courses as an adjunct professor in the Gerrish School of Business in the areas of HR and organizational behavior and development.

Directed an engaged Human Resources team focused on supporting a diverse and high-performing workplace culture. Collaborated and strategized with leaders across the organization to develop and achieve effective/innovative Human Resources strategy, operations and systems. Served on the President's University Leadership Team and Chaired the Simmons University Retirement Oversight Committee.

Supervised Director and Staff-level reports (HR Service Center, Payroll, HRIS) focused on providing state of industry service to the individuals and departments that comprise Emerson College. Developed the HR Service Center model to deliver outstanding HR support. Designed and built HR Service Center internal and external sites for employee support/ticketing within Zendesk CRM.Responsible for ensuring initiatives from all functional areas of HR were executed timely and in alignment with business expectations and strategic goals. Served as the management liaison between IT and HR with primary responsibility for ensuring that business needs are implemented and supported. Provided regular evaluation of HR effectiveness through data analysis and forecasting. Oversaw the preparation and distribution of HR metrics to ensure business needs were met/exceeded.
