• Responsible for the facilities management of all existing Carters/OshKosh Canadian facilities, corporate head office and Canadian retail store locations.
• Responsible for all maintenance repairs, services and service contracts.
• Liaison with all national vendors ensuring the budgetary and compliance factors.
• Assisted with new retail location builds and store refurbishment/re-branding annually.
• Responsible for new construction deficiency lists, fixture delivery, setup of new vendors, utilities, phone and data security, fire and life safety systems, waste, etc.

Facilities Management Planned and directed the provision of comprehensive services for 39 locations - consisting of 5 branch offices, 24 satellite offices, 10 clinics, 812 staff, 2 unions with annual maintenance budget. Responsible for annual operating budget and a capital budget. Operated with significant discretion and independence in managing operations.

Oakville, Ontario

• Managed a team of 10 people for day-to-day on-site operations plus an additional 7 satellite locations.
• Handled emergency calls, established priorities, resolved issues, monitored and evaluated action plans and results.
• Managed and commissioned major expansion project; 70,000 square foot recreational facility, commissioned at $15 million with a $1.5 million annual operating budget and a $250,000 annual asset management budget.
• Recruited and trained new staff for facilities, housekeeping and maintenance departments. Designed and implemented programs, policies and practices for health and safety, preventative maintenance, purchasing of assets.
