- Manages the office calendar and the schedules of the CEO and CFO- Plans and executes the logistics for the board of directors meetings- Compiles, formats, and distributes the “meeting book” for the board of directors meetings- Researches new program and funding initiatives for the organization- Drafts quarterly strategy papers on the corporate workplace giving program for the board of directors

- Managed 7 Victory Field Offices in West Michigan and the Upper Peninsula- Instructed and advised the Victory Field Directors on the most effective operation methods- Presented the Victory Program strategy to local candidates and grassroots stakeholders with the goal of persuading them to merge efforts with the program- Results: Maintained Michigan’s Republican congressional seats as well as the Republican majority in the State House and State Supreme Court

- Implemented the Republican National Committee’s Victory Program, a voter contact and get out the vote (GOTV) program, in Michigan’s second largest city- Recruited 100 person volunteer team- Trained volunteers in voter contact procedures, such as phone banking and door knocking- Planned and executed large-capacity volunteer days (known as Super Saturday)

-Handles mail, faxes, phone calls, and office visitors-Schedules constituent tours of the Capitol, White House, Pentagon, & other tourist destinations-Processes constituent flag requests-Provides logistics planning and support for DC events hosted by the Congressman
