• Point of contact for all field-based inquiries and ensure queries are addressed and effectively followed up• Provide support to all field-based employees with any logistical inquiries including travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, meeting room booking and ground transportation• Create and maintain all project specific activity reports – weekly, monthly & annually• Maintain all project specific material within the Company’s SharePoint system and liaise with Client Account Managers when changes occur• Attend weekly remote meetings and conferences and follow up on action plans• Support the Client Account Managers with the creation and maintenance of client requested Excel based reports and client produced data feeds• Organize and handle shipment and fulfillment requests and requirements• Handle the operations-based onboarding process for all new hires – including IT requirements, updating rosters and liaising with other functions to ensure everything is prepared for the induction of the new hire

• Provide general administrative support to all Dean’s area departments • Compile and enter purchase requisitions and vouchers in PeopleSoft Financial Management System for budgeting & procurement needs • Review department budget & assist senior financial analyst with monthly account reconciliation • Maintain and reconcile department credit card purchases (Buy Card) • Research routine HR-related data in Human Capital System/PeopleSoft while maintaining confidentiality • Coordinate meetings and conferences/maintain calendar • Serve as security coordinator for building access & contractor badging • Serve as back up parking coordinator

• Coordinate schedules and clinics for 5 providers, while transcribing physician orders • High volume of incoming calls/registering patients • Check in/out & collect payments from patients • Maintain electronic medical records • Post payments with office & icd-10 diagnoses codes in Athena /EMA • Verify insurance benefits/Prior Authorization • Responsible for confidentiality of Patient Information/adheres to HIPAA • End of day close out/verify daily balance
