About Good Hearted Soul Foundation: Good Hearted Soul Foundation is a group of like-minded individuals who are bringing about a change by creating awareness in the field of Organ Donation. It is a registered non-profit organization with 100% of all its activities self-funded by the founders and has till-date retained a unique position of being the only NGO that maintains a zero-funded not-for-profit status, among the select few. Brief Stats & Achievements: During inception, registered 8000+ Organ Donors in a span of 11 months in the state of Karnataka (hindsight: for 7 years prior to our campaign which started in 2012, the Karnataka government along with ZCCK had managed to reach 1000 registrations). Ran mobilization campaigns with 2 other founders to register 700+ volunteers and trained them to actively carry out organ donation campaigns. Created a systematic approach to be a non-funded active volunteers group who are purely led by self-motivation, carrying forward the message periodically during weekends. As of date, a sum total of 84,000+ individuals have pledged as registered Organ Donors and it is still counting. About The Program: Dell Futurists are young and ambitious minds who aspire to build a future where their passions are their careers. They are inspired by leaders, who help them nurture their skills and bring their passion to life.My Key Engagements: Out of 6 panels such as Gaming, Tech, Cinema, Music, Art & Sustainability, I was commissioned to oversee the Tech (technology) panel of this program together with Autumn Worldwide for the Dell Futurist Program. This involved planning the events to drive engagement, screening entrants, mentoring potential candidates, technical grooming of the finalists, product inspection, technology scrutiny, media interviews, etc. Under the Tech panel, the primary focus was given to the development of mobile applications and software products. As the Tech panel's Head, I represented Dell Futurist Program’s several video interviews and the same has been published in popular media outlets.
