Hi there,My name is Ian Chamberlain and I am a current student at Wilfrid Laurier University working towards achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology.Over my work career I have had nearly a decade of experience in industries that relate to customer service. I have taken pride in my customer service ability, specifically by using comprehensive techniques, communication styles, strategies and skills that I have learned throughout my various places of employment, and years of experience in customer service to promptly provide the best unique tailored experience for every individual I encounter to ensure they get the most out of our interaction (or their experience) as possible.In my spare time you can often find me doing almost anything basketball related, as I enjoy both watching and playing the sport. You will also find me soaking up the sun, I like to spend majority of my free time outside, typically doing something moderately active, or sport related with my friends and family.
