I have worked for a broad range of organisations including: Vita Group Ltd, Great Southern Bank (CUA), Tyco and Allstates Warranty Network in Australia as well as The Fresh Olive Co. in London, among others. My experience spans industries that include: Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Insurance.My most recent role was with Vita Group Ltd. Vita Group was a leading Australian retailer, enhancing its customers' way of life through expert consulting, creating value across a diverse network of brands including Telstra and Artisan Aesthetics.In my role as CFO for this previously ASX listed Group, I lead the Financial Accounting, Tax, Reporting and Planning, Shared Services (AP/AR/Banking), Property, Treasury and IT functions. Across this time I played a significant role in the execution of 2 major transactions, firstly divesting of the main undertaking of the group to Telstra, followed by implementation of a scheme of arrangement for the remaining business with Sonic Healthcare.
