In this role, I am responsible for leading and overseeing the company's cybersecurity strategy and initiatives within the crypto space. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our products and services, as well as educating and training our employees on best practices for data protection in the highly dynamic and fast-paced world of cryptocurrency.

1. Engage with Sales Leaders, VP, Directors, Enterprise Architects, CTO and CEO to identify customer cybersecurity problems & priorities the strategies to solve customer problems.2. Developing Cybersecurity Services Business Plan & Portfolios.3. Hiring & building the team for supporting the vision & meeting growth expectations of Organisation4. Build prelim business plan for MSSP.5. Develop core policy & processes for MSSP.6. Set operating model with weekly & monthly pulse checks for the division.7. Prepare sales datasheet & sales demo presentation of the services being offered.8. Build & deliver minimum viable service (MVS).9. Develop organisational internal cybersecurity policies.10. Procure & Implement security solutions for entire organisation to improve overall security posture.11. Developing partnerships with vendors & service providers 12. Developing projections on cost vs revenue for next 3 years13. Provide responses to Third Party Security Risk Management program

● Lead and manage Security Operations.● Responsible for security event monitoring, management and response.● Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring.● Ensure compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives.● Revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, review policies and highlight the challenges in managing SLAs.● Responsible for team & vendor management, overall use of resources and initiation of corrective action where required for Security Operations.● Management, administration & maintenance of security devices under the operations tools.● Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security monitoring including red\blue penetrations tests.● Co-ordination with stakeholders, build and maintain positive working relationships with them.
