Involved in design, implementation and facilitation of ongoing marketing to referring physicians in the area. Responsible for the creation, production and execution of key marketing materials to promote outpatient orthopedic and spine physical therapy to non-referring physicians and the public.Responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining external communications with newly referring physicians and relating with patients at the clinic for internal communications and fulfillment.Involved in various public relations efforts to increase community awareness of the clinic.Responsible for creating and maintaining physician and patient information databases for direct marketing, solutions for the community, and internet marketing through social media.

Supported physical therapy care delivery by preparing patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and assisting patients to physical therapy treatment area.Helped treat patients by applying modalities; helped patients onto exercise equipment, monitored motion; tracked walking time and distance; instructed patients on prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques. And educated patients by demonstrating proper use of equipment and exercise routines.
