Serve as a member of the HRES Product Management leadership team. Responsible for defining, deploying and managing a Product Development and Product Marketing methodology and practice within HRES (HR Enabling Services). Apply traditional product marketing and product management techniques to HRES technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SnapLogic IPaaS, analytics, automation) to drive adoption and innovation within Sony companies.

Serve as a member of Sony's Global HR Enabling Services leadership team. Responsible for leading the global Workday HCM cloud application strategy, solution architecture, and internal consulting services. Manage the relationships between Sony, Workday, and other external Workday partners and consultants. Collaborate with global/regional HRIS representatives and other key business stakeholders to define the Workday technology roadmap and life cycle, and integration with other internal and external applications. Provide consultation to Workday system administrators, regional service delivery hubs, functional centers of expertise, and HR business partners on Workday change requests, business process configuration, and data management standards. Define and enhance internal Workday consulting tools and methodologies to promote Workday solutions and projects.

Responsible for leading the strategy, design, development and delivery for HR technology, program management, and HR service delivery. Responsible for administration of the Workday software-as-a-service (SaaS) application shared by Sony Electronics, Sony Corporation of America, Sony Network Entertainment International, Sony DADC and Sony ATV/Music Publishing companies. Serve as liaison to Sony information systems and security groups to establish and maintain reliable and secure integrations to corporate and third-party applications. Lead HR operations and service delivery utilizing an internal HR service center and externally hosted self-service portal and case management tools.

Responsible for the strategic planning, management, and administration of compensation programs for the Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service business operations within the U.S. Consult with the leadership team and management to implement and administer short-term and long-term incentive programs in support of the business unit objectives. Served as lead compensation and technology consultant for a major HR business process outsourcing (BPO) initiative. The project launched an externally hosted PeopleSoft application, HR service center, self-service portal and new HR service delivery model, establishing Sony Electronics as Aon Hewitt’s first HR BPO consulting client.
