I became the Director of Game Presentation when our company was purchased and rebuilt by the Buffalo Sabres in 2011. I am responsible for the planning and execution of all aspects of fan experience, Game Presentation, and Video Production. I'm responsible for fulfilling partner agreements while creating a unique and entertaining experience.- Responsible for managing and producing various entertainment elements with the intent to create a first-class experience- Develop all timelines, scripts, message boards, promotion team, and PA scripts- Responsible for pre-game, in-game, intermission, post-game events and set-up requirements- Manage and collaborate with a team to create video features and graphics for in-game use- Manage payroll and budgets reaching $200,000 related to all Game Presentation aspects- Manage the Video Production Control Room inventory, order placement, and crewing- Manage a part-time team (10) responsible for all Game Day duties and a part-time team (20) responsible for all Video Production aspects, including hiring, scheduling, and payroll- Keep a master grid of all game night activities and programs across multiple departments- Coordinated and supervised the Amerks Street HockeyFest for four years (2012-2015) which included 30-40 teams per year- Work closely with Marketing, Ticket sales, Social Media, and Community Relations to create new and engaging ideas and opportunities for fans- Develop creative and innovative features to ensure sponsor elements are met from concept to execution- Coordinate National Anthem singers, Color Guard, and live performers- Produced and called a preseason NHL game in September 2010 (Bruins vs. Panthers)- Directed five AHL games at the First Niagara Center, one of which was in front of a record-breaking 19,070 fans- Directed the Rochester Americans first-ever outdoor game in 2013 in front of 11,000 fans at Frontier Field

I was the Game Production Manager where I implemented and ran all Game Day operations, developed timelines, scripts, message boards, and PA scripts for game days, responsible for all pre-game, in-game, intermission, halftime, postgame events and set-up requirements, created and implemented many promotions, managed a team responsible for all Game Day duties, conducted pregame briefings with the promotions team as well as the arena, implemented Sponsorship into game days according to their contracts, and coordinated National Anthem singers and other live entertainment. I was the Director of Game Operations where I created a structure and model for all Game Day operations, implemented and ran all Game Day operations, developed timelines for game days, created scripts for game days, responsible for all pre-game, in-game, halftime, postgame events and set-up requirements, created and implemented many promotions, managed a team responsible for all Game Day duties, conducted pregame briefings with the promotions team as well as the arena, implemented Sponsorship into game days according to their contracts, and coordinated National Anthem singers.I was also an Account Executive where I sold and managed season seats and group tickets, finished second in season seat revenue, finished second in group revenue, finished second in overall revenue, lead all sales staff in ticket revenue for the months of March and April, increased our announced attendance by 37% over 2008, created, implemented, and managed Kid’s Club, Birthday packages, and other group programs which helped lead to an 82% increase in revenue from the previous season, and created a strong relationship with clients and management.
