These solutions include information acquisition, research, content enhancement, publication and search engine optimization.My role in the organization involves:• Lead generation• Create/identify business opportunities • Generate new business from existing customers • Draft project proposals that have unique, innovative, and executable solutions to customers’ needs • Effectively present the progress of projects to key stakeholders as success stories that spawn additional business • Negotiate contracts with a mutually beneficial long-term relationship in mind • Deepen business relationships with clients, making the company indispensable to customers • Mitigate and troubleshoot situations that have potential impact on customer relationships and new-business generation • Effectively represent the company in conferences, client communication, and marketing collateral to generate new business leads

- Responsible and accountable in farming, cultivating and expanding, hunting for current and new accounts.- Responsible for achieving assigned revenue and gross profit target of about Php10,000,000.00 and above- Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities, so as to maintain and develop sales to current and new accounts in accordance with approved Business Plan

- Serving daily as the liaison between the Philippine centers and the US corporate offices.- Service level establishment, monitoring and management on a center by center basis, and also from a consolidated perspective.- Call center operational oversight.- Problem identification and resolution.- Report creation and update.- Overseeing center staffing and targets.- Establish and maintain executive relationships as well as relationships with the operational managers for vendor partner.

- Liaises with the support services team where appropriate.- Deals effectively with customer complaints and issues by taking the appropriate action. - Oversees the conduct of the team in order to ensure that all individuals are synergized and aligned.- Manages and designs customer satisfaction, quality and productivity programs.- Accounts for systematic, standardized, and updated processes across the group.- Supervises and motivates the team to ensure an acceptable level of quality and productivity.- Attends seminars and conferences and does additional training to subordinates.- Develop, grow, and maintain employee experience, capability, morale, and job satisfaction.- Takes the lead and or assists in providing accurate and timely statistical and verbal reports to management. - Contributes to other projects/new program implementation.- Reviews and evaluates the service levels achieved by the group and of project plans.

• Supervise agents. Responsible for monitoring the agents performance (according to quality, productivity and compentencies).• Support Team Managers in creating a positive (productive) work environment and team spirit by leadership, guidance and support.• Serves as mentors and coaches of the agents on the floor and act as first point of escalation for client specific issues.• Assume responsibility and accountability for the team in the absence of the Team Manager by ensuring coverage, productivity and quality of service delivery.• Ensure timely, accurate and consistent delivery of updates to agents. Provide clarification and guidance to enhance agent’s understanding.
