Retail Marketing Specialist - Business Development + Pro Purchase Program Administrator
CurrentLead Business Development Representative for the Columbia Sportswear Employee Store channel. My main role is to drive new and reoccurring traffic to our private Employee Stores by growing our B2B Community Partnership access program. I proactively connect with local and surrounding businesses and organizations for 3 of our biggest markets - Portland (CSC HQ), Richmond (Bay area - Mountain Hardwear HQ) and Carlsbad (SD area -prAna HQ) and drive interest in getting their employees/members/volunteers set up to periodically access these unique, private stores. I educate and onboard new groups into the program and am the main point of contact for parties interested in accessing the store. I have also taken on the administrative and onboarding duties for sales and CRM related tools that we use. I have healthy relationship with platforms like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Yesware, LinkedIn SalesNav.
