As founder, I support Bridgeable's team to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients, community and team. Currently I spend about half my time teaching at the business and law schools at UofT. The rest of the time, I'm actively coaching executives as they transition to incorporate design in their cultures. I also experiment and collaborate on long-term projects to examining how organizations proactively transform their cultures through the application of design.
