Additionally, was responsible for the development of NCPIE'S ACETAMINOPHEN-SAVVY RESOURCE GUIDE: TOOLS FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS – a web site designed to educate college students about the importance of safe acetaminophen use – and an online resource guide for young adults in recovery to help them educate others about this challenge. Also facilitate focus groups on messaging, methods and materials to ensure that collateral is on-point and targeted.

Created and implemented Career ChangeR3s (Re-Energized Re-charged to Re-Start) and SOAR – Prince George’s County’s flagship programs for dislocated worker professionals. Completed market research to ensure optimal program design; create and focus-test service delivery strategies and customer flow models; supervise staff members; market and facilitate workshops; and write collateral. In one year, have trained over 300 individuals on improving their job acquisition, interview and resume writing skills. Program has reputation for changing lives, providing customers with innovative and new approaches to successful job acquisition.
