I began working at Victory Retail Support in 2006 as a member of the store support team, and after six years of hard work, I took over as General Manager in 2012. My goal has always been to grow my business by cultivating new contacts and finding new opportunities while continuing to over-deliver for all of my existing customers. With a degree in communication, I'm a firm believer in open dialog and relationship building. In my time as General Manager I've served my customers by exceeding their expectations, pitched to new customers through networking, hired staff to support growth, navigated lay-offs during a pandemic, transitioned to employees working remotely, and led by example. I'm a midwestern kid to the bone. I work hard. I play harder. I'm never late. Communication is my super power. I say what I mean, and I mean what I say.
