• I started with the group at Bank of Scotland in June 2006 as an in/out bounds sales advisor working in a contact center, specifically dealing with personal finance service calls through which I added to and cross sold other personal finance products that met the client’s needs.• In October 2007 I progressed to a business banking role based at Ellesmere Port, my main duty was to seek out opportunities to move client’s business banking to Bank of Scotland, whilst being the point of contact in the branch for existing business banking customer.• I moved into personal banking role when HBOS and Lloyds TSB merged, a position I held until I left in March 2012. The position of a Personal Banking advisor was within the retail banking section at Halifax, this was a branch-based customer facing role which involved holding interviews in which I discussed people’s financial needs and offered advice and product solutions to banking, borrowing and saving queries.
