One significant benefit to the clean up was that the company reduced the need to outsource marketing campaigns and validation activities. • Development of SQL knowledge to be able to effectively interrogate CRM database and build meaningful reports. This resulted in timely accurate reporting of CRM Sales Funnel enabling management to make critical business decisions with confidence.• Implementation of an incentive program to encourage the sales force to use the CRM system.
