The Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) is a practitioner-led, global coalition of financial sector institutions and their sector-specific alliances representing over 40% of all private capital at more than $130 trillion AUM. Together they work to accelerate the global transition to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. A net-zero transition plan is a set of goals, actions, and accountability mechanisms to align an organization’s business activities with a pathway to net-zero GHG emissions by 2050. Net-zero transition plans are foundational to operationalizing commitments and demonstrating the credibility of a financial institution's net-zero pledge. With GFANZ I:• Lead the research and data on net-zero transition plans for financial institutions and real-economy companies• Collaborate with industry leaders on the application of Artificial Intelligence for net-zero transition plan assessment• Co-run daily intelligence for senior management across GFANZ as well as bespoke research for Mark Carney's various speaking engagements and public appearances

Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson’s graduate course, Running the World: Case Studies of Power, begins with a three seminar look at both the history behind the 1947 National Security Act and the national security state’s development into the present day.
