I am a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) and a Project Manager with extensive experience in managing complex transmission projects in the electric infrastructure sector. I hold an MBA in Finance from Webster University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where I gained a solid foundation in both technical and business aspects of project management. Most recently, I led the engineering and construction supervision at Ameren Transmission, a subsidiary of Ameren Corporation, one of the largest electric utilities in the US. There, I oversaw the lifecycle of diverse transmission projects, from initial planning and budgeting to successful execution and closeout. I applied my skills in stakeholder communication, contract management, design review, and performance tracking to ensure every project met our high standards and customer expectations. I also leveraged my international experience from my tenure with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Missouri Air National Guard, where I participated in strategic planning and operational readiness for global missions and disaster relief efforts. My background has equipped me with a unique perspective and a proven ability to handle challenging and dynamic project environments. My core competencies include navigating the full project lifecycle, managing project budgets, schedules, and risks, conducting value engineering, developing and tracking performance metrics, and continuously seeking and recommending process improvements. I am a leader who fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement among cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers. I am also a mentor who develops and supports junior supervisors and engineers. My goal is to advance robust and reliable transmission systems that benefit the communities and customers we serve.
