Taking an entrepreneurial approach to business led us to experience significant growth, culminating in the IPO of my first company, Evans & Partners, in 2018 (previously Evans Dixon, Dixon Advisory). Throughout the fifteen-year journey, key achievements include spearheading growth in the Investment Advisory Division to over $25 billion FUA, establishing and overseeing the Funds Management Division (grew to over $7 billion), and expanding internationally into the US market with our REIT, Private Equity, and Energy (Solar) Infrastructure ventures (totaling $3 billion).Transitioning from the public company COO, my focus has shifted towards advisory and strategic roles, and equity investing across various mid-market firms spanning real estate, finance, hospitality, fintech, fitness & lifestyle, technology, blockchain, and retail & consumer goods sectors.Fueled by an insatiable curiosity to uncover the fundamental causes in both life and business, my aim is to develop and enhance business models based on these objective truths.
