My areas of interest include design, implementation, and management of Information Systems and Controls, Data Analytics and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Risk Advisory services. I am also interested in research and finding innovative solutions to real-world problems, even outside the domain of finance, accounting and taxation.Currently, I am a partner with a 70-year-old firm, having principal exposure in the fields of Statutory and Tax Audits, Information Systems Design and Management, Taxation Advisory, Litigation and Consulting Services (related to both, Direct and Indirect Taxes) relating to Not-for-profit Entities, Small and Medium Businesses and Private Companies.Along with my professional pursuits, I am a faculty on Information Technology and Forensic Accounting for CA Students, with special focus on data management through DBMS and data analysis using SQL.I am actively involved with Junior Chamber International (JCI), an organisation catering to young individuals, preparing them to become future leaders, motivate others and solve global challenges at the local level. I have qualified as a Zone Trainer from JCI India.I am also involved in the philanthropic arm of JCI India, being a JCI India Foundation Fellow (JFF), through which, we provide scholarship to needy students and also afford financial and other support for infrastructural development in educational institutions.
