WHAT I DO: I created In8Vitality, a health & wellness institute, media platform, and mentoring company to help those suffering from trauma or Adverse Childhood Experiences to build resilience and foster post-traumatic growth. I facilitate holistic healing programs for conscious evolution with Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and Integration, and meditation retreats using my proprietary Cornerstone Process for all in need of allied support. I also provide consulting to individuals, groups and companies who want to implement comprehensive programs for stress management, burnout recovery and building resilience. Over my twenty years of professional experience I have seen unhealed trauma lead to numerous unhealthy behaviors from substance use disorder and eating disorders, to autoimmune disease and even suicide. THE RESULT: A public platform and private consultancy offering a series of research backed assessments, comprehensive holistic recovery programs, coaching and consulting. By integrating the latest research and modalities from stress science, mindfulness based stress reduction, transpersonal psychology, psychedelic therapy, and neuroscience we can prevent needless suffering due to mental illness and chronic disease.MY OWN JOURNEY: I trained in the USA as a physician, acupuncturist and medical journalist. I pioneered the integration of traditional medical care with acupuncture, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training and meditation.I’ve spoken about my own healing journey and resilience on the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Dr Oz Show, ITV’s This Morning, CNN, The Today Show, and Thrive Global and multiple TEDx events.My holistic framework, The Cornerstone Process, for trauma healing and burnout recovery has been taught to thousands of people around the world in clinical settings, group programs and at the International University of Monaco. The Cornerstone Process also helps those who grew up with family dysfunction, had adverse childhood experiences or alcoholic parents to heal from trauma and reconnect to their Authentic Self.
