CurrentMy specialty covers strategic and tactical activities involving sales cycle, project management, business process improvement, and organizational change management for the group. Together with the Commercial Excellence team headed by our Group CEO, I work with the team to build a structured change management approach and methodology to diagnose, design, implement, and assess change management strategies and plans in support of overall Organizational Excellence initiatives.Key Initiatives of 2024Establishing Sales Support Centralized Hub in KL to service the Region, led Partnership initiatives for Malaysia, Analytics and Data Mining for CrossSelling/Upselling/GTM purposes and participated in Service Innovation efforts, Key Initiatives of 2023 Customer Relationship Management, Partnership Management, and Database Management (Salesforce)Scope of coverage includes; Company Secretarial, Payroll, ESG, Accounting and Tax Market coverage includes Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China
