The primary focus of this role was System Administrator for UKG Workforce Central, monitoring software performance and deploying changes to test and production environments.I also worked with the wider team to diagnose and resolve system issues using various troubleshooting and testing methods for a complex HR system.I demonstrated leadership by making improvements to work processes and helping to train others while juggling multiple projects and tasks to ensure high quality and timely delivery.I also provided functional support for SAP Fiori upgrade, working closely with developers, testers and business users to test and deliver the best product possible.

I was the Kronos/Workforce Management expert, working on system issues, change and enhancements. These could be straightforward, or complex system issues involving integration and other applications. Relationships with ICT, stakeholders and end users were essential to the role. I regularly delivered in person training to WFM practitioners, and worked as the business subject matter expert on the Workforce Central upgrade, working through all stages of the project from inception, to early life support and project closure.

Provided remote system and Workforce Management support for the District Workforce Management teams across the country. Completed testing for new updates to our system, and worked as a Workforce Management resource on multiple national operations.

Initially working as relief cover, I quickly picked up my own area to manage. I learnt the processes and systems required, and built strong relationships with key stake holders to ensure the service I provided met district demand. I implemented practices including regular error monitoring, and expected response times for staff applying for leave to build confidence in our service.

My main role was accurate data entry into a national database, where I found my love for data quality. I worked hard to increase volume without compromising the quality of work I produced. I was a designated champion for a new software introduced, where I created documentation, training, and support for my colleagues. I had the opportunity to act as Team Leader for 3 months, and also relieved in the Team Leader role when required.

I maintained professionalism in customer interactions, answered concerns and resolved problems with a friendly and knowledgeable approach. I completed thorough opening, closing and shift change functions to maintain operational standards each day.
