I am an accomplished Senior Executive known for my ability to maximise efficiency and company profitability by developing and enabling teams whilst driving improvements across systems and operational processes. With a commercial mind-set, I have a flair for optimising operational processes – spanning sales, marketing and territory mapping, logistics, contracts and pricing, through to customer and service, with a particular strength around Lean Process Improvement and the implementation of Activity Based Costing Models. Whilst business optimisation is a key strength, my true passion lies in people and performance improvement. With a legacy for developing people, I am known for my abilities to enable people and help them develop in their roles to take on more responsibility and ultimately more accountability.
