Hood Conscious community hub Here at “HOOD Conscious” our strapline is to “bring consciousness to young minds in the community”. The acronym HOOD means “hope of overstanding diversity”. This all translates into uplifting and empowering young people through positive reinforcement and supporting them to develop core life skills. Therefore, our service seeks to engage young people aged 16 – 25 years of age predominantly (but not exclusively) to minimise youth crime and instead equip young people with the tools they need to succeed
