This is a full-time position in the Business Department, which has included teaching the following classes:• Management• Introduction to Business• Business Communications• Customer RelationsInstructor duties include:• Planning, organizing, and teaching classes face-to-face or online in accordance with the approved syllabus• Maintaining the gradebook and attendance records for each class in the learning management system• Answering questions and assisting students during student hours and by appointment outside of class times• Using technology to enhance the student experience in the class and online• Developing the communication and collaboration skills of students through group activitiesCourse Coordinator duties include the following tasks:• Participating in outcomes assessment at the course level • Developing and maintaining the course shell • Participating in the hiring and evaluation of adjunct faculty • Providing feedback about course outcomes and content • Assessing academic rigor and online and hybrid courses • Collecting and reviewing syllabi from faculty at the beginning of each semester • Coordinating the selection and ordering of the textbook for the course

The Endowed Faculty of Innovation is responsible for the following. • Develop and expand CSM’s innovation and technology programming efforts that provide opportunities for students outside of the classroom• Engage faculty, students, businesses, and the scientific community in educational programming, projects, and activities• Connect students to innovative resources and opportunities in STEM.• Develop and host innovation workshops, lectures, broadcasts, and/or events• Develop, organize, and implement initiatives relating to entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology• Collaborate with CSM faculty, staff, and external partners to plan and implement innovation initiatives.
