Lead Trainer and Programming InstallerDaily execute the duties of relationship building with new clients as well as service to existing clients of Credex Systems Inc. Delivery of training to both internal employees and to new and existing clients of Credex Systems Inc. Service the training needs of clients in 20 states and Guam. I work both in person through delivery of our training program onsite to clients, over the web via various web based programs and through phone and other teleconference solutions to meet and exceed our client’s expectations. Responsible for management of the training program and for coordination with our clients to ensure customized and highly focused delivery which both meets the client’s needs and establishes a collaborative environment for ongoing development of service oriented training solutions. Additional duties include development of two different Train The Trainer programs. Follow up after training to complete the onboarding process and provide ongoing support as the client’s needs grow with our industry leading software solutions.
