• Represents the Fisher College of Business Graduate Programs to new and prospective students by helping them through the admissions process and providing necessary information.

Worked at the downstream manufacturing site in Baton Rouge spending time in both the refinery and chemical plant. • Designed a screening mechanism for entry level Process Apprentices as well as worked with the entry level training class. • Created a development stewardship for temporary supervisors and also worked to provide a social media strategy to further reach and recruit top talent in the surrounding area.

Worked on the New Student Programs staff in the Dean of Students Office, assisting with the selection training and supervision of 2013 Orientation Leaders.• Selected 24 Orientation Leaders out of hundreds of applicants• Directly supervised Orientation Leaders as they led approximately 5,000 incoming freshman.• Facilitated large group student and parent information sessions

• Helped 30 students adjust to the rigors of academic life at a major university• Assisted the professor with classroom instruction

• Provided hands on orientation instruction to 200 plus students and their parents
