Providing evidenced-based mental health practices and integrated case management through Therapeutic Day Treatment services to students; supporting the information needs of community collaboratives through utilization review and strategic planning to help improve the behavioral health needs of the participating student.

As Quality Control Analyst, I reinforce an understanding of the policies and procedures governing the Rebuild NC (North Carolina) Strategic Buyout Program governed by the NC Governor's Office of Recovery and Resilience and federally funded by the U. S Department of Housing and Urban Development through the Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation guidelines. I am responsible for validating accuracy in quality control assessments to guarantee quality in service delivery in accordance with the program's requirements. Without the quality assurance role the state's disaster recovery efforts in this capacity would be severally compromised as the responsibility of the strategic buyout program is to acquire specified flood prone areas in order to reduce risk of harm or worse during another natural disaster. The checks and balances in quality control provides eligible applicants with the opportunity to sell their home in the designated areas at fair market value with other potential qualifying incentives. This program is another way NC seeks to empower its residents with supports of hope, recovery, and resilience.
