I successfully implemented a project of redirection and amalgamation of two branches of Relate Counselling Service. I was tasked to test the viability of the failing model and to seek a reduction in overheads and halt a declining income in order to halt a financial crisis.

I moved through a wide range of training and development; advancing my eye for detail and developing my ability to observe and analyse a wider view and a demonstrable ability to manage a high level of responsibility. I served in a variety of roles with a significant time with the specialist Territorial Support Group. I served in this fast response unit addressing some of the most challenging, dangerous and high pressure situations across London and the UK. This role required the calmest and most reasoned approach to manage exceptionally demanding and heightened situations. I was tasked to gather, research and utilise intelligence, develop and deliver briefings and risk assess operations.
