About Lee Fisher

For over 20 years I have had the privilege of being able to have a significant impact in the lives of others, by helping them define what success means to them, prioritise what's important, and put strategies in place to achieve exceptional results. These years of sales and leadership experience, spanning state, national and APAC responsibilities, have given me a passion for sales excellence, process improvement and customer service.I believe my entrepreneurial spirit, structured approach and attention to detail empowers me to set ambitious goals and do what's required to achieve excellent results. I’ve worked for a variety of organisations, of various sizes, from various industries and I've been fortunate enough to see first-hand the impact of leadership and culture on the performance and belongingness of team members.Unfortunately, it's been my experience that many managers purely focus on metrics and lose sight of the important role, and responsibility, they have in leading their people. In management, metrics are important as we need to set clear expectations and regularly inspect what we expect, but most importantly, leaders need to be motivating, training, coaching and developing their team toward optimal performance.This is why I am so passionate about motivating, training and coaching others to be the best they can be and achieve success in their lives.
