Combining my passion for sports and a desire to help others succeed, I founded Win Again, where current and former athletes like you can discover your identity beyond sports, develop the structure needed to succeed again, and receive the tips, strategies and actionable advice that allows you to WIN AGAIN and be elite in your next great career. Over the past 20 years as a business advisor, executive recruiter and career coach, I have guided athletes and executives, holding them accountable during their transition.The Win Again Clubroom events and previous "Make Your Mark" podcasts highlight athletes making a positive impact post-playing career, and my book “Win Again!” is the first job search playbook for athletes, equipping them with strategies needed to land their ideal job or boost their entrepreneurial ventures. As a graduate of Colgate University and longtime Manhattan resident, I enjoy playing ice hockey, softball, squash and golf. WHAT I DO: In 2020, I expanded Win Again by creating the Clubroom, a platform that has connected 1000+ athletes and business professionals from all backgrounds, creating a community of collaboration where genuine partnerships are formed. This platform is revolutionizing virtual networking because of the “live event” experience it emulates and the ease with which members help each other elevate their businesses and careers to a whole new level. Clubroom events feature athletes (current or retired) and sports business professionals as keynote speakers and allows attendees the opportunity to learn from and network with others in related industries. My expertise extends beyond my work with athletes as I enjoy helping veterans, entrepreneurs, and executives maximize their potential.
