Responsible for the management of the tax affairs of Savills IM's real estate investment products with AUM of c.€25 billion, investing globally, and the Savills IM corporate group.This includes:- Structuring of funds, investing in direct real estate and real estate debt in Europe and APAC, via regulated platforms in the UK, Germany, Luxembourg and Singapore.- Structuring of investor clubs and investment mandates.- Due diligence and structuring of acquisitions, refinancings and disposals in c.20 jurisdictions in Europe and APAC. - Structuring of corporate acquisitions by the Savills IM group, including SEB Investment (2015), DRC Capital (2018 & 2021), Pitmore (2022) and Simply Affordable Homes (2022), as well as Savills IM's strategic alliance with Samsung Life (2021) and DRC Savills IM's US debt JV with QCP LLC (2023). - Management of salaried member rules and carried interest structuring.- Management of tax reporting and tax compliance processes in around 20 jurisdictions; and- Management of tax risk, including Senior Accounting Officer processes.
