 Preparing daily, weekly progressive reports/ Quality control reports and recording themproperly as a part of Document control in various production, quality & inspectionsprocedures. Preparing monthly progress Reports and sent to various sites. Monitoring the production, Welding & Inspection activities on line using PLM (productlife cycle management). Co-ordination with Engineering department and the Supervisors to resolve anydiscrepancy in the drawing and production. Perform unscheduled inspection (Spot check) to monitor welding parameters w.r.t WPSrequirements. Identifying welding defects either by visual Inspection or by NDT and arranging torectify them. Carried out entire inspection of material as per Bill Of Material at differentmanufacturing stages right from material identification to final inspection. Monitoring NDT process through BaaN- VT, PT and MT during manufacturing stages. Inspection of Plate marking from PCL, Semi finished products like forgings, Rolled andMachined penetrations. Inspect Stage inspection like Set-up, Weld visual and Dimensional measurements withrespect to measurement plan and specified documents. Prepare Non-Conformity Report and resolving the same. Witness of Post weld heat treatment, Local Stress Relieve, Hydro test, Pneumatic test,Final surface preparation (Blasting, Mechanical cleaning etc.) and Painting. Calibrationof Various equipments & measuring instruments.

 Study Drawings, Procedures and Test plan, DCR’s and discuss. Study of Procedure Qualification Record (PQR), Welding Procedure Specification(WPS), Shop Weld Plan (SWP), etc. Manpower Handling. Shift Planning and monitoring the work. Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Plan and Discuss With shop in charge Review Weekly man hour’s Performance and Utilization. Co-ordination with QA, QC, NDT, Design, TPI. Identification of material. Fabrication of pipe to elbow, pipe to T types of IBR joint and whole equipmentcontaining nozzle. Nozzle and profile marking before releasing for cut-out / machining / drilling. Nozzle set up, Long seam & circ seam set up and welding and also know tubing work. PWHT, LSR of closing seam and Hydro Test at 519 Kg/cm2, Pneumatic test, Finalsurface preparation (Blasting, Mechanical cleaning etc.) and Painting. Surveillance during welding to ensure use of approved welding procedures and qualifiedwelders.
