First Tech Credit Union is a local credit union with lending in over 20 states and a strong member service focus. As a credit union, we are not-for-profit. We keep the servicing on nearly every loan product we offer. Our goals are to lend to our community and provide the best returns for our members. We can finance up to 100% with many options that allow flexibility with payment and mortgage insurance if needed. We have wonderful financing options for 2nd homes and investment properties as well.I have originated over 5500 loans so far in my tenure with First Tech Federal Credit Union, and each and every loan is unique. I work through each and every loan from application to funding with a “hands on” approach. Documentation is the key to getting a loan through quickly and smoothly. I handle each loan with a personal interest as though it were my own loan. I love the challenge of putting together a loan and making sure there is a positive outcome for everyone.
