Current- Developed and updated internal company procedures for inspections and safe operation of vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks, aligning them with Russian Federation (RF) and API 510, API 650 standards.- Established and maintained an inventory list of vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks of the LNG plant, focusing on subsequent data integration into Meridium software and the seamless implementation of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) practices.- Established and maintained an inspection schedule, guided by RBI recommendations, for vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks with the aiming to achieve consistent data collection while ensuring balanced manpower allocation.- Supervised a subcontractor company conducting non-destructive testing (NDT), reviewed and assessed inspection reports, and entered data into Meridium to update RBI recommendations.- Conducted inspections of vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks, actively participating in comprehensive plant audits as a member of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) committee.- Prepared comprehensive reports detailing inspection results, conclusions, and fit-for-service assessments, including repair recommendations when necessary. Generated work orders in CMMS Infor EAM for required repairs or additional non-destructive testing (NDT).- Developed and implemented a company standard with the goal of legitimizing RBI practices at the LNG plant operating in the RF. Collaborated closely with subcontractors and relevant government authorities.- Reviewed vendor documents related to vessels, heat exchangers, and tanks, collaborating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure document compliance with RF requirements.- Managed pre-commissioning, commissioning, and baseline inspections during plant construction.- Conducted audits of QA/QC departments within contractor and subcontractor construction firms.- Reviewed and approved/rejected technical deviations and non-conformance reports.
