FusePump delivers marketing technology solutions to the world's leading ecommerce merchants.I was engaged by the principle founder as interim CEO to help reposition the business and drive growth whilst exploring strategic options.Fusepump was sold to WPP.

TIS Software was UK based niche ERP software vendor focused on the wholesale distribution sector and backed by Dunedin Capital. I was asked by the investors to step up to CEO and implemented a new business strategy and plan, successfully turning around the business and ultimately delivering a successful trade sale exit for the investors.Initially engaged as Finance Director in January 2008 I was promoted to CEO in September 2009.

Iris was a FinTech business delivering software solutions to the front and middle offices of the world's largest financial services firms. It was backed by Apax Partners and headquartered in the UK with offices in the US and Japan.I was brought in as part of a leadership change to work alongside a new CEO transforming the business from a solution to a product centric business. After closing two additional rounds of funding we successfully negotiated a trade sale exit in 2007, selling the business to an Indian IT business.

SmartStream was the market leading supplier of post trade software solutions to banking and financial institutions and its customers included 75 of the worlds top 100 banks.As CFO of SmartStream I was one of three senior executives that completed the buy out from original owners GEAC, supported by 3i and LDC.We successfully grew the business from £14m to £40 turnover in 4 years. During this time we also acquired three multinational technology businesses, successfully integrating them into the core business.

Geac Computer Systems Ltd was the UK subsidiary of Geac Computer Corporation, a £400m turnover Canadian software company which is now part of Infor.I was employed by the European HQ and focused on M&A playing lead roles in multiple acquisitions including an Italian software distributor and Austrian Fintec software vendor. I was also part of the integration team for the acquisition of JBA in 1999In addition I had financial responsibility for distributors and subsidiaries in Spain, Italy and Middle East.
