Small businesses can easily customize the assumptions, collaborate, and create "what if"​ scenarios on the fly.-As Co-Founder & COO, I was responsible for overseeing the company's business operations and financial controls, and was an active leader in managing strategic business & product planning and capital raising activities.-I stepped down in the summer of 2022 due to health issues but continue to serve as an advisor to the company.

-Managed complete deal process from prospecting to closing for capital markets transactions for the bank’s clients, including the negotiation of deal terms and legal documents -Performed initial transaction due diligence, credit research, comparable debt, and ratings analysis, assessed strategic capital alternatives and financial risk management opportunities -Prepared and presented high quality research and recommendations to the bank’s clients covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity (M&A, dividend recapitalizations, etc.), rate environment and general corporate finance advice

-Developed the concepts of capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial risk management-Developed strong understanding of the full spectrum of capital market solutions and how they apply to specific client situations and changing market conditions -Assisted in the origination and execution of debt-related investment banking transactions including leveraged buy outs, dividend recapitalizations, refinancings, etc.-Built detailed financial models to analyze performance and credit trends as well as structure financing for complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures and dividend recaps for public/private companies and financial sponsors-Gained familiarity with legal documentation involved in underwriting leveraged and investment grade transactions (commitment letters, fee letters, credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, merger agreements, indentures, etc.)-Prepared and distribute market commentary/economic updates and pricing information to external clients and internal departments-Developed proficiency in Bloomberg, S&P Capital IQ, and Microsoft Office

-Represented the bank in developing and maintaining middle market commercial banking relationships-Responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring, and executing transactions related to commercial lending, treasury management, real estate, and other credit related products

Participated in a 5 month advanced credit training program geared toward credit underwriting, client relationship management, and business development skills.

Supported a diverse portfolio of credit clients consisting of public and private companies in a variety of industries. Evaluated the capital structure, asset quality, operating performance, and industry characteristics of companies to determine appropriateness of debt facilities, including financial covenant structure, collateral requirements, and pricing. Created financial projections, developed cash flow and debt amortization models, analyzed various pricing scenarios, and risk-rated clients and prospects.
