Carrying out Water Audits, Adequacy assessment of water and wastewater treatment system, gap analysis, Technical Consultancy

• Proactively planning and supervising result-oriented treatability assessment for the effluent samples received from Industries• Managing Lab and Project Team effectively to convert treatability assessment into project• Effectively carrying out process design for ETP/STP/WTP, proposal making, OPEX & CAPEX estimation, procurement, detailed engineering and execution activities for water and wastewater treatment system.• Planning and organising Technical Meeting with client, consultant and other project stakeholders to discuss the expectation and possibility to initiate the project in a mutually agreed terms. Coordinating and communicating project progress with stakeholders and work jointly to remove any bottlenecks.• Providing technical support for the issues related to plant commissioning/operation.• Carrying out ETP audits, client meeting and providing technical solutions to improve the performance of the existing ETP plants in order to meet the discharge norms recommended by CPCB/SPCB.

Being Senior Executive in proposals, my major responsibility is to address the water and waste water enquiries, select a appropriate treatment scheme based on the raw water source and end use, prepare proposals and estimate cost for the same. I have also been involved in Technical discussion with client/consultant, site visits and plant performance monitoring and retrofitting.Proactively involved WTP/WWTP design with Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Treatment system. Good knowledge in technologies like MBBR, MBR, SBR and UASB. I also involve myself in conducting lab studies to find appropriate treatment scheme for specific effluents and taking into field which I feel very much responsibility for being Environmental Engineer to find solution.I am a good Team Leader and also a Team member. I support my teammates whenever they need technical support and guidance in the best possible way I could. I would involve myself actively in a job that demands critical thinking and sustainable solution development.
