Our organization will serve as a bridge linking together the people and resources for youth to make the connections needed to transition into adulthood.Approximately 23,000 "foster care" adolescents "age-out" of "foster care" each year. 1 out of 5 youth that leaves the "foster care" system become homeless.Unfortunately, many teens leave the" foster care" system without the support and life skills necessary to live on their own, leaving many "foster care" children to be incarcerated within two years of their emancipation and become victims of "sex trafficking."
